1 How much training do I need?
This will depend on your current skill level, once you have contacted us and we have discussed your training we will be able to estimate the amount of training required.

2 What will I need to bring with me for the training?
Safety regulations require that you have the following items:
- PPE (Personal protective equipment e.g.Hard-hat, Steel cap safety boots, High visibility jacket and Gloves).
You will need to supply your own PPE.

3 Can I be trained on my own equipment?
Yes this, as long as it meets the current safety standards and an appropriate site is found, please contact us so we can discuss this further.

4 When do I pay for the training?
Payment is required in full 5 working days prior to starting course.

5 Will lunch be provided?
Only tea & coffee, we would suggest you bringing a packed lunch and a flask.

6 If I am unable to complete the training can I have a refund?
Unfortunately no refunds can be given, as instructors and equipment cannot be be canceled.

7 What do I receive at the end of the training?

A certificate will be posted to you with a credit card sized ID card, you will need to supply a passport size photo.
