Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP) are machine which are designed to act as access platforms for any high level access that may be required for building or maintenance, this may be working on the roof of a warehouse or replacing a window in a residential property. Working at altitude has always involved a high level of risk, the correct MEWP training helps to ensure that any risk is reduced to minimum or even eliminated entirely.
Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP) include a wide range of different type of lifts these include Scissor Lifts, Personnel Lifts, Self Propelled Booms, All Terrain Booms and Trailer Mounted Booms. Each has its own strengths and weaknesses and to ensure the safety of both operators and anyone in the vicinity the appropriate machine must be operated by personnel who have successfully completed a MEWP training course.
The course aims to provide training and knowledge in the safe and efficient operation of all types of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP). Our MEWP training courses can either be arranged at your site, subject to suitability, or alternatively we can train individual staff members at our facilities.
