CSCS Forklift Training

Forklift training from NPORS is an essential requirement for those seeking employment in warehouses or construction sites. Our forklift training is in high demand, so it's best to book your place quickly.

We offer training sessions that cater to any make, model, or type of forklift truck and are tailored to meet your specific needs. We'll help you identify the most important aspects of your forklift and recommend the most relevant and helpful NPORS forklift training sessions.

Our courses are designed for individuals and small groups and include a combination of practical and classroom-based instruction.

We’ll take you through the basics of forklift use – including the main features of each type of lift and the daily maintenance tasks required to keep them in full working order. After this, we’ll move on to teach you how to get the very best out of your machines in any conditions or locations.

We tailor your training to your experience levels and existing qualifications, so you won’t waste time going over things that you know already. After all, NPORS forklift training is geared towards delivering your NPORS card, not telling you things that you’ve been familiar with for years.

NPORS Rough Terrain Forklift Training

Machine Force also offers NPORS forklift training explicitly aimed at those who need to use rough terrain forklifts in more hazardous areas and potentially dangerous sites. As these jobs require a high level of skill and expertise, we offer intensive training courses held at a location of your choice.

4 Wheel Sideloader Training.

This video shows part of a NPORS training course for a HS2 contractor on a 4-wheel side loader. Here they are focusing on operating safely and efficiently in restricted spaces. The student is on the third day of a five-day course successfully completed in July 2023.

Side loaders are used for carrying long loads. The cab is on the left, with the bed on the right and forks in the central well. The mast and forks lift and lower the load onto the bed. The machine can be tilted to improve load handling.
