Industry-Specific Training
Different industries have unique requirements when it comes to forklift operations. At our training centre, we offer tailored training courses that cater to the specific needs of various sectors, ensuring that operators are equipped to handle the distinct challenges they may encounter.

Warehousing
In the warehousing sector, efficient and safe movement of goods is paramount. Our training programs focus on mastering the use of a counterbalance forklift, which is essential for handling palletised goods in confined spaces. Operators learn the best practices for stacking, unstacking, and manoeuvring within warehouse aisles.

Construction
Construction sites present a unique set of challenges, including uneven terrain and heavy loads. Our training courses for the construction industry emphasise the safe operation of rough terrain lift trucks and other specialised equipment. Operators gain skills in navigating difficult conditions and adhering to stringent safety protocols.

Manufacturing
In manufacturing, precision and efficiency are key. Our programs cover the use of various types of industrial machinery, ensuring that operators can safely handle raw materials and finished products. Training includes specific modules on the safe operation of lift trucks within manufacturing plants.

By providing industry-specific training, we ensure that operators are not only compliant with health and safety executive standards but also adept at handling the nuances of their respective fields. Whether you're in warehousing, construction, manufacturing, or any other industry, our forklift training in Kent is designed to meet your specific needs.
We tailor your training to your experience levels and existing qualifications, so you won’t waste time going over things that you know already. After all, NPORS forklift training is geared towards delivering your NPORS card, not telling you things that you’ve been familiar with for years.
NPORS Rough Terrain Forklift Training
Machine Force also offers NPORS forklift training explicitly aimed at those who need to use rough terrain forklifts in more hazardous areas and potentially dangerous sites. As these jobs require a high level of skill and expertise, we offer intensive training courses held at a location of your choice.
Regulatory Updates
Staying informed about regulatory updates is crucial for maintaining compliance and ensuring workplace safety. Our training centre in Kent is dedicated to keeping employers and operators up-to-date with the latest changes in forklift training and safety regulations.

Health and Safety at Work Act
The cornerstone of workplace safety, the Health and Safety at Work Act, mandates that employers provide a safe working environment. This includes ensuring that all forklift truck operators are adequately trained and that their training is regularly updated to reflect the latest standards. Our training courses are designed to comply with these regulations, helping employers meet their legal obligations.

Forklift Training Standards
Regulatory bodies frequently update training standards to incorporate new safety practices and technologies. Our training centre monitors these changes and adjusts our operator training programs accordingly. This ensures that trainees receive the most current and relevant information, enhancing their ability to operate safely and efficiently.

Equipment-Specific Regulations
Different types of forklifts, such as pivot steer forklifts, may have specific regulatory requirements. Our training courses cover these nuances, ensuring operators are knowledgeable about the particular regulations governing the equipment they use.
Periodic Refresher Courses: Regulatory updates often emphasise the importance of periodic refresher courses to maintain operator competency. We offer refresher training in Kent to help employers stay compliant with these requirements, ensuring that operators' skills and knowledge remain current.

Environmental and Safety Innovations
As new safety innovations and environmental considerations emerge, regulatory bodies may introduce new guidelines to address these advancements. Our training programs incorporate the latest safety technologies and best practices, keeping trainees ahead of the curve and compliant with all relevant regulations.
