Excavator & Digger Course Content

Our comprehensive training covers essential skills and safety knowledge for modern construction sites:

Industry overview: roles, responsibilities, and safe working practices
Understanding manufacturer’s guidelines and specifications
Identifying components and controls – steering, braking, and driving systems
Conducting pre-use checks, maintenance, and PPE requirements

Course Duration

Novice Operators: Duration depends on experience, determined by an initial skills assessment
Experienced Operators: 1-day NPORS, JCB, or Kubota test-only route for competent operators

Entry Requirements

All candidates must hold a valid CITB Health, Safety & Environment Touch Screen Test certificate (issued within the last 2 years). Proof of certification is required at registration.
